i got a concussion snowboarding on christmas. it's over a week later and it still hurts a little, but i shredded last night. i know my concussion wasn't nearly as bad is this though.

we got high hopes for kevin, keep charging!

First, big prayers and thought from our family to yours.  I believe the strength of youth and the mindset of an Extreme individual will get him through this.  My son who was competing in a race in Wendover, Nevada and crashed  was in a Utah hospital just a little over a year ago with a Severe Brain Trauma (was given very little hope) It has been a long road in someways and a very short time in others .  My son, Josh Morros (some of his story is on youtube) is now back on the bike.  If anyone knows how to get a message to the family, I would love to help

I'm a mom with a 19 year old ski fanatic named Kevin. We don't know you but we are praying for your recovery and sending positive thoughts and wishes your way and are checking on your progress daily. Gigantic hugs from our family to you and your family.

As a father of a professional rider, also from Vermont and  recovering from a troublesome shoulder injury, I wish Kevin and his family the very best.  Any recovery large  or small requires the faith, commitment  and support of so many family members and friends. Hang in there and I look forward to seeing both yourself and my son back on the mountain where both of you truly belong very soon.

My son is an amateur snowboarder. He loves it.  I think of you often. I see you are improving each day. Hang in there. You are a remarkable young man. You will ride again.
