Win Something Wednesday - Method Madness (read this to find out how to win a 2011 method)

Displaying: 1 of 1

Win something Wednesday is method madness is right.

What does that even mean? It sounds like we have gone crazy right? Well you know what, maybe we have gone crazy… But so has Snowboarder Magazine, and the only thing that will make us get less crazy is a few good methods. For the whole month of February we will be giving away three prize packs a week to whoever posts the best photos of themselves  (or their friends) doing methods... So get to your closest jump, hip, roller, bump, rut, trampoline, or moon bounce, and start… uh… doing methods. Have a friend snap some photos of it, then create a post here in the community with the word “Method Madness” somewhere in the title and you’ll be entered to win.

It gets better though… Each of the best methods will be feature on Snowboarder’s website, and out of those winners, one will be chosen by the legendary Pat Bridges as the ultimate method’er. On top of getting Pat’s respect for having a nice method, that grand prize winner will also win a 2011 Method. So yea… Pretty cool.  We will be announcing winners here and on Snowboarder’s website starting this Friday and then every Friday until the 26th so uh… you better get to grabbing… unless you don’t want to win that Method.

In other winning news we have three more [ak] GORE-TEX glove winners to announce. Congratulations to Scott Gelo, Julie Nelson, and Ricka Doerr you all have some new gloves on the way. We have had this glove giveaway going on for a couple months now, and next week is the last week for it, so make sure to click here and sign up.

Also winning today is James Allen, he had some really awesome comments this week, so he is the winner of comment of the week... mostly for these ones, but he had some good ones on Thursday too...

It was a close race between him and Gusto13 (that David Blaine photo was awesome) but uh... yea nice one James, we'll send you an email soon.

Just a heads up to everyone also, the Burton Canadian Open is underway in Olympic Park right now, so stay tuned for updates from there the next couple days. Live webcast starts on Friday here.

Misty Nug: Olympic Park, in Calgary, is called Olympic park because of the 1988 (Winter) Olympic games that were held there... in case you were wondering. There were summer Olympics in '88 also, but those were held in Seoul, Korea, not Canada.

Part  of a well balanced week of Burton blog posts officially known as "Now Read This,"

Everybody is a winner on Win Something Wednesday.
